1) What is your return policy?

          Purchases are made through PayPal and we follow all basic protection policies afforded to the buyer through that service. If the error is ours we will provide a full refund of the total figure paid + return shipping costs. If the item is returned due to a difference in evaluation then the refund will be for the cost of the item - shipping costs both there and back are the responsibility of the buyer. We do our best to provide extensive and accurate descriptions and photos of the items for sell - please ask before purchasing any item if there are concerns about possible discrepencies.

3) Do you take counter-offers on any of the items you have for sale?

      We are glad to receive any communication with prospective customers; since this is a site which services music collectors, we will consider any offers that are made for any titles in stock, as long as they are are submitted respectfully and with the understanding that our price structures are carefully calculated to reflect the totality of the marketplace - past, present and future.

4) Do you provide discounts for multiple purchases?

       We offer discounts for multiple purchases at our discretion; these genearally start at 5-10% of the total purchase. We will also consider offering discounts to regular customers on a per event basis.

5) Are your current offerings reflective of your inventory?

     No; we have virtually tens of thousands of items in stock. Please feel free to inquire as to the availablity of any title and/or format you might be interested in.
